Elysium Radar: Terms of Use (testnet edition)
Effective: [DATE] · Version 0.1 (testnet)
Draft for the testnet period. This is a short, standard text, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before Elysium Radar handles real-money trading (planned from Elysium mainnet). Replace every [bracketed] item.
1. Who we are
Elysium Radar ("Radar", "we", "us") is operated by [Operator legal name], [address / country] ("Operator"). Contact: [contact email].
Radar is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Kinetiq, Elysium, Hyperliquid Labs, the Hyper Foundation, or any project or launchpad listed on Radar.
2. What Radar is
Radar provides:
- a website;
- Telegram and Discord channels and groups;
- a Telegram bot.
Together, these:
- show public information about the Elysium blockchain and its ecosystem: launches, contracts, liquidity, holders, wallets, projects and social posts;
- send alerts about that information;
- let you prepare token swaps that you sign with your own wallet (the "Trading Tool").
3. Testnet period
Until Elysium mainnet, Radar runs on Elysium testnet (chain ID 99801).
- Testnet tokens have no monetary value.
- Features may change, break or be removed at any time.
- Data may be reset.
We'll announce in our official channels before any real-money feature goes live. These Terms will be updated then.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You may not use Radar if you are:
- located in, or a resident of, [restricted jurisdictions, e.g. sanctioned countries and any jurisdiction where the service is not permitted];
- on any sanctions list.
We may block access from any location.
5. Information only: no advice
All content is provided for information only. That includes alerts, risk cards, scores, labels, AI-generated summaries, project profiles and social posts.
It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Radar's information can be wrong, incomplete or late:
- Security checks are automated observations, not audits or guarantees. A token that shows no warnings can still be a scam.
- Labels such as "verified", "claimed" or "confidence" describe our process, not a guarantee about a project.
- AI-generated text can contain mistakes.
Always do your own research.
6. Trading Tool (non-custodial)
- You control your funds. The Trading Tool builds a transaction; you review and sign it in your own wallet. We never ask for, receive or store your private keys or seed phrase. We will never ask you for them. Anyone who does is impersonating us.
- Transactions are final. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. You are responsible for checking every transaction before signing: token address, amount, slippage, recipient.
- Fee. Trades executed through the Radar router carry a service fee of 1% of the HYPE side of the trade: 1% of the HYPE you pay when buying, or 1% of the HYPE the sale returns when selling. The fee is shown in each quote and taken in the same transaction. Network gas fees and the fees of the pool or launchpad you trade on are separate.
- Third-party venues. Trades execute on third-party pools and launchpads. We don't control them, their pricing, their liquidity or their smart contracts.
- Smart-contract risk. Our router and the contracts you interact with may contain bugs. Use small amounts. On testnet, nothing has value.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- break any law or sanctions rule;
- attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer Radar beyond what the law permits;
- impersonate Radar or others;
- post spam, scams, phishing links or malware in our channels;
- use Radar to manipulate markets.
We may remove content, mute or ban users, and suspend access at our discretion.
8. Community channels
Our Telegram and Discord spaces are moderated by the Operator. Posts by other users are their own views, not ours.
Admins will never DM you first asking you to connect a wallet, "validate", "claim" or share keys.
9. Third-party services
Radar relies on and links to third-party services, for example:
- Telegram, Discord, X;
- wallet apps and WalletConnect;
- Elysium RPC providers, block explorers and data indexers;
- launchpads and DEXs.
Their own terms apply. We're not responsible for them.
10. Intellectual property
The Radar name, logo, software, design and original content belong to the Operator.
Public blockchain data belongs to no one. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
11. Disclaimers
Radar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data arising from your use of Radar, including:
- reliance on alerts or risk information;
- transactions you sign;
- third-party contracts or venues;
- outages.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Radar in the 3 months before the claim (zero during testnet).
13. Indemnity
You'll indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Radar.
14. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms. The current version and its date are always posted on the website. Continued use means you accept the changes.
You may stop using Radar at any time. We may suspend or end access at any time.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes go to the courts of [venue], unless the law requires otherwise.
